Client Policy

Lefroy Beauty Therapy provides a tranquil and serene environment, and our therapists offer the highest standards of treatments with a friendly and approachable style. This policy provides guidelines that will assist in maintaining these standards.

Late Cancellations

Due to high demand and limited availability of appointments, if you have to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before the planned appointment. If booking the same day, notify us at least 3 hours before.

Appointments cancelled without notice may forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals

We make an effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon and provide the quality of service we are committed to, and therefore we ask our clients to be on time for their appointments. If you are running up to 10 minutes late please let us know as soon as possible. The treatment may need to be adjusted to a shorter timeframe. If you arrive over 10 minutes late your appointment may be required to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

No Shows

We believe in mutual respect and therefore ask clients to always inform us about any emergencies that prevent them from attending their appointment. If you miss an appointment without giving notice you will lose your deposit.

Service Guarantee and Refunds

Our team prides itself on providing exceptional services. We strive for full customer satisfaction, so if you are dissatisfied with our treatment please notify us within 72 hours. We are committed to providing you with a fix or correction within 7 days from the initial service, unfortunately we do not honour corrections if you reschedule beyond this time. A fault on our side will result in a redo and/or refund.

Health History

Knowing the health history of our clients is an important factor in delivering a safe and comfortable experience, as well as a satisfying result. Therefore we ask you to notify our therapists if you have any allergies, physical issues, are pregnant or on medication. If you experience any discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment please alert the therapist immediately.

The Right To Refuse Service

The safety and comfort of our clients and therapists is our highest priority and we don’t support inappropriate behaviour. Cases of verbal or physical aggression, harassment or assault will result in service refusal. Please bear in mind that under given circumstances our therapists may refuse service. We can do so if the person in question:

  • Is under the age of 16 (for selected treatments)
  • Has health issues that may affect or be affected by the treatment
  • Has purposely hidden information of crucial meaning to the treatment
  • Behaves improperly and/or is intoxicated

Additional Information

To maintain a relaxed and soothing environment in the salon, and as we are concerned with you and your child’s safety, we politely ask that children are not bought along to appointments and we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons our salon strictly prohibits pets, except for assistance animals. Thank you for understanding.
Our salon is a place of comfort and relaxation. We politely ask that clients refrain from using mobile devices while in the treatment. The client accepts responsibility for all disruptions caused by going against this.
To ensure all our clients have a pleasant experience, we ask our clients to refrain from eating during the treatment. Thank you.

At Lefroy Beauty Therapy we understand that some situations are unavoidable, and each case will be treated on an individual bases. Pease get in touch to discuss any concerns you may have. The final decision will be at the discretion of the Salon Owner/Manager.
